What You'll Do:

• Provide expert neonatology care for a Level-III NICU with 10 beds and approximately 1,000 annual births
• Deliver care to newborns in a 20-bed neonatal unit supported by Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
• Participate in a 3-physician staffing model ensuring comprehensive coverage
• Perform daily rounds and oversee the clinical management of critically ill and premature infants
• Support admissions, stabilization, and ongoing care of neonatal patients
• Collaborate with nursing staff, NNPs, and multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, evidence-based care
• Work within a flexible schedule, including a home-call rotation for NICU responsibilities
