Work Environment This position is designed for a remote work setup, providing you the freedom to craft your own schedule while working closely with clients from across the Kennewick, Washington area. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and deliver individualized therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients and families, utilizing evidence-based practices. Manage a flexible caseload by selecting the number of clients you see through our supporting platform, Headway, enabling you to set your own working hours. Utilize our marketing support and best practices to grow your client base, enhancing your practice’s visibility and outreach. Provide live, customized support to both clinicians and clients, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience in the therapeutic process. Instantly verify client insurance benefits using automated tools, facilitating uninterrupted access to care for your clients and allowing you to focus on providing quality therapeutic services. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, relationship issues, and emotional trauma. We serve various demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples requiring support in navigating their personal trials. As a therapist, your empathy and expertise will empower clients to foster healthier relationships and improve their overall quality of life. Qualifications A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington is mandatory. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required. Demonstrated specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is preferred. Knowledge of evidence-based practices related to substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders is required. Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills with the ability to inspire and motivate clients toward achieving their personal goals. Strong ability to communicate, collaborate effectively, and work constructively within a team setting. Preferred Experience Experience in a private practice setting or previous experience with telehealth services is a plus. Familiarity with digital health tools and platforms designed to optimize client management and therapy delivery. A track record of contributing to collaborative treatment planning and multidisciplinary approaches to care. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 74,000 to 100,000, complemented by a robust bonus structure designed to reward productivity and clinical excellence.
