Our client is seeking Account Lead!

• Client communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate order handling.
• Order packing and unpacking - Prepare, pack, and unpack materials according to company standards to support daily workflow.
• Excel data management - Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track orders, inventory, and client information with accuracy.
• Documentation accuracy - Verify order details, record changes, and maintain organized digital and physical files.
• Workflow coordination - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of client requests and smooth operational flow.
• Quality and compliance - Follow company procedures, maintain clean work areas, and ensure all tasks meet quality and safety standards.
• Light lifting - Safely lift and move materials up to 15 lbs as part of daily tasks.
