Customer Experience Specialist

Description of the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our team at Royal South Toyota Mazda Volvo. As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and expert knowledge on our wide range of products. We need individuals who are charismatic and love speaking with all types of people.

- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new products quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities
