Change Manager

The Change Manager will support the Client Tool Install Contract Admin Team through review, analysis, tracking, and reporting of change orders, disputed change orders, claims, and related project risks. The role will provide timely analysis, identify early warning signs, support risk mitigation, and prepare clear findings for Client leadership. Primary Responsibilities Review change orders, disputed change orders, and claims for entitlement, backup, cost support, schedule impact, and contractual alignment. Identify early warning signs in change submittals, including incomplete backup, missing entitlement, unclear scope, cost growth, delay exposure, or related issues. Analyze technical and non-technical records, including job cost reports, budgets, schedules, drawings, progress reports, correspondence, and similar project information. Review large datasets using analytical tools and methods to identify trends, anomalies, recurring issues, cost growth, productivity impacts, and claim drivers by subject or scope. Analyze loss of productivity claims, delay damages, construction cost growth, and other change-related impacts. Actively identify, monitor, and support mitigation of change order, claim, schedule, cost, and documentation risks. Coordinate with Client Facilities, Engineering, Scheduling, Procurement, CSM/QS, Construction, and other stakeholders during change order and claim reviews. Assist with contractual document reviews to support proper administration of change order, dispute, and claim notices. Prepare concise findings, executive updates, reports, presentations, and other deliverables for Client leadership. Support special projects, ad hoc requests, hard deadlines, and fast-paced project needs. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, claims analysis, construction contract administration, cost management, scheduling, or a related field. Experience reviewing change orders, disputed changes, claims, entitlement, backup documentation, cost support, delay impacts, and productivity impacts. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review technical documents, commercial records, schedules, correspondence, and large datasets. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, follow-through, and ability to meet hard deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Tool Install experience, particularly in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or large capital construction programs. Preferred Candidate Profile The preferred candidate is detail-focused, analytical, organized, proactive, and experienced in change order and claims review.
