Responsibilities
Key requirements
In this role you will lead a finance team supporting Naval Powers AEGIS Sustainment, focusing on cost and schedule analysis for DoD/FMS contracts. Youll drive estimates at completion, interface with program leadership, and ensure compliance with financial policies. Youll mentor staff, support bid and forecast processes, and push process improvements to boost analytical capability. This is an opportunity to shape financial planning within a high?stakes defense portfolio and collaborate across cross?functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and monitor program performance
- Interface with Control Account Managers, Program Management, and leadership to ensure policy compliance
- Analyze contract performance using PRISM tools and assist with baseline for new awards
- Provide training and mentoring to team members
- Support review and forecast of Bookings, Sales, Earnings and Cash to Financial Planning
- Summarize contract inputs for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP)
- Contribute to cross?functional discussions considering financial implications of decisions
- Develop and implement process and tool improvements to enhance finance analytics
- Provide ad?hoc support for RFIs and UCA proposal activities
Key requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience or 3+ years xhqgsiq with advanced degree
- Experience with SAP (APEX, PRISM, and/or BW/AO) and RTN PMX or similar systems
- Experience with EVMS and Program Controls (Cost/Schedule) and/or EAC process
- EVMS Certification or plan to obtain within 6 months
- U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Multitasking and cross?functional collaboration
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with DoD contracting environments
- DoD industry experience
