Editorial Operations Specialist

Managing contracts and compensation for a network of independent contractors, the full-time Editorial Operations Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for compliance tracking, oversee onboarding processes, and ensure accurate payment processing while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee contracts and tax forms for various digital and print brands Serve as the main point of contact for 1099 contractor compliance tracking in conjunction with HR and compliance teams Communicate regularly with editorial team members and freelancers to ensure accurate contract processing and accrual tracking Required qualifications Familiarity with Salesforce, Airtable, Agiloft, and AdobeSign Proficient with MS Office and Google Docs Experience in online publishing preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust priorities quickly
