- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Properly develop RFI's Communicate properly orally and written.
- Performing Quantity Take Offs.
- Calculate detailed quantities in material, labor and equipment costs.
- Elaborate detailed estimates breakdown in material, labor, equipment and indirect costs associated with the construction task.
- Maintain Subcontractor bid list
- Communication with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain prices.
- Collecting and organizing data for use in bid proposals
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Candidate must have 3 years of experience performing the duties described above
- Proficient Excel, MS Word, Onscreen takeoff or similar, Bluebeam or similar.
