Growth Manager

We are looking for an entrepreneurial operator to build and scale out a world class portfolio of recruiting firms. As an account manager for our supply-side, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business owners — helping them optimize their Paraform usage, improve day‑to‑day operations, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and performance. This is one of the most cross‑functional, high‑leverage roles at Paraform. You’ll work directly with our top agencies to design new systems, and drive liquidity across the marketplace. What we look for: 4 - 8 years of experience working closely with customers and owning revenue execution across account management or startup operations Experience in customer‑facing post‑sales or operations roles Experience owning a revenue target (not just retention) Early stage startup experience series A to pre‑IPO Top university or top GPA What You’ll Do Own high‑stakes relationships. Advise top recruiters on growth strategy and operational excellence. Scale the supply engine. Identify bottlenecks from onboarding to retention and design systems that help recruiters perform. Run marketplace experiments. Test incentive programs, workflows, and automations that improve liquidity. Bridge ops and product. Translate daily insights into internal tools and product improvements.
