Regional Account Manager / Collections Leader

Superior Auto and SAC Finance | Eastern Ohio

Salary: $50,000 annually, plus a monthly incentive opportunity of up to $640

Additional support:  Company vehicle and fuel provided for territory travel

Are you ready to grow from leading one team to influencing several locations?  Superior Auto and SAC Finance are looking for a Regional Account Manager to strengthen collections performance across a territory of dealerships in Eastern Ohio. This is an excellent next step for a collections supervisor, branch manager, customer service manager, assistant district manager, or strong location leader who is ready for broader responsibility.

What You Will Do

• Manage collections performance across an assigned territory of dealerships.
• Travel to dealerships regularly to coach General Managers and Account Representatives.
• Work directly with customers while supporting the collection efforts of dealership teams.
• Provide most of the hands-on collections training for Account Representatives while partnering with General Managers to reinforce expectations.
• Coach teams on customer conversations, payment arrangements, follow-up, documentation, and account management.
• Guide payment plan and repossession recommendations using sound business judgment and consistent practices.
• Develop action plans for locations that are off track and follow up until performance improves.
• Reinforce company policies, compliance expectations, and accountability throughout the territory.

What We Are Looking For

• At least three years of successful leadership, coaching, or performance management experience.
• Experience in collections, consumer finance, banking, credit, customer service, automotive, rent-to-own, wireless, retail operations, or a similar results-driven business.
• Experience leading a team, branch, department, or location, with the readiness to expand your influence across several locations.
• The confidence to coach managers, address performance gaps directly, and build credibility without relying on formal authority.
• A record of improving measurable results while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Comfort reading reports, identifying trends, setting priorities, and turning information into clear next steps.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and accountability.
• The ability to travel throughout the Eastern Ohio territory and complete occasional overnight travel during training.
