Our Medical AssistantOur Medical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting both front and back office operations within the clinic. This individual delivers safe, compassionate, and professional patient care under the direction of a provider and/or nurse, while working within their scope of practice. The Medical Assistant ensures a smooth patient experience by maintaining clinical excellence and supporting administrative functions.Schedule: Monday through FridayWhat You'll Do:Room patients and assist provider as needed.Prepare treatment rooms for patient exams and procedures, always keeping room neat and cleanDaily, weekly, and monthly exam room cleaning, inventorying, and equipment checks.Assist with scanning paperwork and uploading pictures into the EMR, scribing for providerRecord new patients' medical history, medications, allergies, and pertinent information in the EMRReinforce doctors' instructions regarding procedures and resultsSkills and Experience:Certified as a Medical Assistant is preferredScribe and/or Dermatology experience preferredBenefits:Medical (as low as $68/month), Dental, and Vision InsuranceVacation, Sick, and Holiday paid time off401k with Company MatchIn support of our mission statement, "Healthier Practices, Healthier Patients", we have adopted a tobacco-free environment and we do NOT hire tobacco and nicotine users, including the use of e-cigarettes/vaping.
