Position Summary Hive Group, a HUBZone certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and multiple award winning federal consulting firm, delivers innovative solutions that support some of the federal government's most complex and mission critical programs. We are seeking an experienced, forward thinking, and highly motivated Project Performance Management (PPM) Sector Lead to join our growing team in support of the General Services Administration (GSA) Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS). Partner directly with Program Managers, Division Directors, Sector Directors, Business Unit Leadership, Contracting Officers, Contract Specialists, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful financial execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. Lead recurring financial reviews with internal and customer leadership by presenting portfolio health, funding status, financial trends, performance metrics, risks, and strategic recommendations. Develop financial forecasts, predictive models, variance analyses, and portfolio analytics that support business volume planning, resource allocation, and executive decision making. Design, implement, and continuously improve financial dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics that provide real time visibility into portfolio health and support data driven decision making. Establish and maintain financial account structures, reconcile project financial data, review invoices and cost estimates, validate financial accuracy, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and organizational standards. Identify financial and operational risks, implement corrective actions, and standardize financial management processes, reporting practices, and quality assurance activities across the sector. Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, cross functional collaboration, and the development of innovative financial management solutions that improve execution efficiency and customer outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field. Minimum of four (4) years of experience in federal contracting, financial management, project management, or program management. Demonstrated experience leading teams, developing employees, and managing complex project portfolios. Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and relationship management skills. Experience supporting GSA, Assisted Acquisition Services, or other federal acquisition organizations is highly preferred. Experience developing executive level dashboards, financial reporting, and portfolio analytics is preferred. Must be able to be on-site at Hive Group Headquarters in McLean VA at a minimum of one day per week. Compensation and Benefits The estimated compensation range for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000 annually. Actual salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s specialized skills, certifications, and years of experience.
