We are urgently seeking an Onboarding Associate with hands-on experience onboarding education staff, particularly within school-based, childcare, or similar program environments .
This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who can step in quickly, demonstrate their abilities, and potentially transition into a permanent position.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience with the clearance and onboarding requirements associated with Education hires, including:
- Medical clearances and required health documentation
- Education-related clearance and screening processes
- Background checks and employment eligibility clearances
- Coordinating and tracking required documentation
- Following up on outstanding requirements
- Ensuring candidates are fully cleared and eligible to begin employment
Prior experience managing the end-to-end onboarding process for educational staff is strongly preferred.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, navigate clearance requirements, identify missing documentation, and move candidates through the onboarding process efficiently and compliantly.
Candidates with direct experience in Education HR onboarding, school-based hiring, childcare compliance, or similar onboarding and clearance functions are strongly encouraged to apply.
No specific educational degree is required. Hands-on experience with onboarding, compliance, and employee clearances is the most important qualification.
