Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management across various HR functions. Manage and maintain accurate employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS). Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Support the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and relevant labor legislation. Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR support or generalist role. Proficiency with HRIS software and MS Office Suite. Solid understanding of South African labor laws and employment equity principles. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities suitable for a remote setting.
