About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join their fully remote team, supporting operations across the Free State region. This role is critical for driving talent acquisition strategies and ensuring the successful placement of key personnel. You will manage complex recruitment projects, build strong client relationships, and leverage your expertise to identify and attract top-tier candidates. Key Responsibilities Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions, ensuring efficiency and quality. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and potential. Provide expert guidance and market insights to clients and hiring managers. Manage offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding processes for successful candidates. Mentor junior members of the recruitment team and contribute to process improvements. Requirements Extensive experience (7+ years) as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist , with a strong track record in senior placements. Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with leading ATS platforms and recruitment technologies. Ability to manage multiple complex requisitions simultaneously in a remote environment.
