This role is critical in sourcing and attracting high-caliber candidates for a diverse range of positions across multiple industries. You will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the talent market in the Free State and possess the skills to build and maintain robust talent pools for our client's key partners. Key Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive talent sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles. Conduct in-depth candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all stakeholders. Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, acting as their primary point of contact. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide market insights. Utilize various recruitment tools and technologies, including social media, job boards, and ATS, to optimize outreach. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a consultancy setting. Proven ability to source candidates for hard-to-fill roles across diverse industries. Strong understanding of the South African recruitment landscape. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
