Within our 23 clinics we have multiple locations offering dry needling, pelvic health, hand therapy, nutritional services, massage therapy, and wellness programs. Our full-time PTs typically have 11 visits per day and 7-8 evals/week. Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Washington
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

Compensation: $88K - $105K/year + Up to a $15K Sign on bonus, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Student loan reimbursement, generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
