Test Engineering Co-op (Jan27-May27)

JOB DESCRIPTION

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Design and implement automated tests and test infrastructure - Collaborate with the team to build robust, scalable testing frameworks that ensure product reliability and performance.
• Participate in technical reviews - Contribute to reviews of product requirements, test plans, and implementation strategies to ensure alignment with engineering standards and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Work alongside software, hardware, and manufacturing teams to solve complex engineering challenges and drive product improvements.
• Analyze change requests - Evaluate proposed changes by assessing their impact on testing procedures, timelines, and overall product quality, ensuring smooth integration into development cycles.
• Support global manufacturing test systems - Assist in troubleshooting, maintaining, and deploying test stations across global sites, while developing user-friendly hardware interfaces and comprehensive support documentation such as service manuals and troubleshooting guides.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Pursuing a bachelor's in engineering
• Zero (0) years of related experience
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person at a Twin Cities location (Shakopee, Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie, MN)
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• GPA of 3.0 or above
• Prior internship experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
