Seeking an experienced CMM Programmer/Metrology Engineer to support dimensional inspection of complex aerospace engine components. The role requires strong CMM programming, Camio, and LK equipment experience, along with expertise in GD&T, aerospace inspection, and FAI.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, edit, and validate CMM programs using Camio .
- Operate LK CMM equipment and perform precision dimensional inspections.
- Inspect aerospace components including blades, vanes, disks, rings, cases, and seals .
- Interpret GD&T, engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, and MBD .
- Support FAI per AS9102 and generate inspection reports.
- Perform CMM correlation, repeatability, dry runs, and measurement validation.
- Troubleshoot measurement issues related to fixturing, geometry, environment, and machine capability.
- Support SPC, MSA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Work with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to resolve dimensional issues.
- Maintain CMM programs, fixtures, documentation, and revision control.

- Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience
- Experience with PC-DMIS, Calypso, GOM, PolyWorks, or Faro is a plus.
- Knowledge of SPC, MSA, MBD , and dimensional analysis preferred.
Aerospace manufacturing, MRO, or engine manufacturing experience with exposure to Inconel, Waspaloy, Titanium , and tight-tolerance components.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Metallurgical, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
