About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Integrated Solutions Delivery Projects. This executive will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of critical energy-as-a-service projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet performance targets, particularly in the area of measurable energy savings. The role demands a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing complex, capital-intensive projects, and a strong focus on safety, client experience, and shareholder outcomes. The Vice President will be a key member of the senior leadership team, overseeing a high-performing project delivery organization and championing the development and deployment of consistent project management standards and practices. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in managing large-scale capital projects, with a background in sectors such as energy infrastructure, healthcare, higher education, industrial, or large-scale commercial construction. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related technical field and professional certifications such as P.E., PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent. Critical leadership capabilities include driving results, collaborating, influencing, and building talent. The role requires a leader with a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to a culture of safety, quality, and performance excellence. The Vice President will also be responsible for financial and commercial management, performance assurance, and cross-functional integration, and must be adept at problem-solving, risk mitigation, and proactive decision-making.
