Urologist, Stone & Reconstructive Specialist

We're seeking a Urologist specializing in stone disease and reconstructive procedures, who is committed to deep patient connection and thoughtful, whole-person care.
Role Responsibilities
- Diagnose, manage, and surgically treat urinary stone disease and reconstructive urologic disorders
- Perform endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open reconstructive surgeries
- Collaborate with uro-oncology, nephrology, and primary care to develop multidisciplinary care plans
- Contribute to quality improvement efforts, patient education, and preventive urology initiatives
- Use EMR and telehealth tools to extend patient access and streamline care
Qualifications
- MD or DO + accredited urology residency
- Board-certified or eligible in Urology
- Eligible for Alabama medical license
- Strong surgical and procedural experience in reconstructive cases
- Empathy, communication, and teamwork orientation
