Surgical Technologist

This assignment requires a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technologist with a wide breadth of current experience. Candidates lacking a full range of experience will not be considered. The Surgical Technologist will work 36-40 hours per week, with start and end times negotiable. There will be approximately every 2nd or 3rd weekend as a call weekend, totaling 1-2 calls per week. Based on department need and potential changes in staffing, the call volume could increase. The call requirements will align with the Vascular Scrub Team's needs weekly. All call requires a 30-minute response time from the time of the call to arrival on-site. Possible holiday call rotation may be required if a holiday occurs during the contract period. This rotation is determined by current patient census and staffing, with potential variability based on changes. During times of low census or high demand, the Surgical Technologist may be required to support the General OR and/or the Outpatient Surgery Center.
