At Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy, you’ll be accountable for clinic operations, develop your team, and build community relationships - all without stepping away from the work that brought you to PT in the first place. Realistic productivity standards - Patient care expectations, and clinical decisions are set by PTs, not administrators - clinicians who understand what quality care actually requires. Technology that supports excellence - AI-supported documentation, etc. A deeper stake in the organization - Clinic directors who demonstrate strong leadership have the opportunity to be considered for shareholder status over time, directly influencing how the company grows. What You'll Be Doing Carry an active patient caseload while leading the overall clinical and operational direction of the clinic Invest in your staff through consistent coaching and hands‑on mentorship - continuing an environment where learning is part of the work and strong clinicians stay and grow Partner in the clinic’s financial performance: track budgets, productivity, and outcomes; identify trends and collaborate with leadership to stay aligned with financial goals Oversee scheduling, compliance, documentation standards, and day‑to‑day operations Drive clinic growth through physician relationships, community engagement, and local marketing Represent your clinic at regional leadership meetings and contribute to broader organizational initiatives What You'll Bring Active Physical Therapy license is required 2+ years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, with recent outpatient orthopedic focus is required Prior experience in clinic leadership, operations, or people management is advantageous How We Support You Clinical Development Leadership Development Weekly coaching from an experienced clinic leader Quarterly peer coaching and professional development sessions Leadership community including peers across 90+ clinics in 4 states Compensation and Benefits Profit‑sharing program 401(k) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Professional Liability Insurance PTO for community and philanthropic involvement, including individual grants Interactive Wellness Program with rewards for healthy living $100,000 annual base salary, plus performance‑based bonus opportunity.
