Manager Clinical Operations

Description The Manager, Specialty Clinic Office manages office supervisors and non‑clinical functions of the clinic (reception/registration, phones, appointments, referrals/prior authorizations, medical records). The role oversees business operations and activities of the clinic, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of non‑clinical services sensitive to patients’ physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Oversee business operations and activities of the clinic. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of non‑clinical services with sensitivity to patient needs. Required Qualifications Experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, health plan, and support departments. Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and at least one year experience or five years’ experience working as a supervisor in a large clinic setting. EMR experience. Compensation The base pay range for this position is $45.14 to $70.07 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonuses.
