Manager Clinical Operations

Description The Manager, Specialty Clinic Office manages the office supervisors over non-clinical functions of the clinic (i.e. reception/registration, phones, appointments, and referrals/prior authorizations or medical records). Manages the business operations and activities of the Clinic. Ensures that all non-clinical services within the clinic are provided in a timely and accurate manner which is sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Required Qualifications Experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, health plan and support departments. Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year experience or 5 years’ experience working as a supervisor in a large clinic setting. EMR experience. Pay Pay Range: $45.14 – $70.07 per hour.
