Responsibilities Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately and efficiently. Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards. Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area. Educate and offer the customer appropriate upgrades that can be completed immediately or at a scheduled time. Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects. Document work completed with before and after photos. Demonstrate safe working practices and methods. Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers. Qualifications Proficient in all areas of residential electrical repairs. Knowledge of electrical code specifications to see the layout of electrical equipment installations. Skill in the use of hand tools, testing equipment and safe installation of new and replacement parts. Knowledge of standard parts low voltage and high voltage.
