Attorney Position

Fresno County Superintendent of Schools seeks an attorney with at least one year of experience, preferably in education employment law. Qualified candidates must be active/good standing members of the California State Bar, have excellent writing/communication skills, have initiative, work independently, and demonstrate maturity/experience in working with other attorneys and clients. Knowledge and experience in representing school districts and county offices of education are preferred.

Required: Two (2) Letters of Reference. It is recommended that letters of references be authored by professional affiliations and specific to the open position. Salary placement: The successful applicant will be placed on the appropriate salary schedule based on the range of the position being filled. The successful applicant will be placed on Step 1 unless given credit for prior verified related professional experience. Applicant shall provide all related professional experience on application materials for salary verification.
