Senior Program Analyst

Senior Program Analyst Overview Location: Arlington, VA Job Title: Senior Program Analyst Salary: Commensurate with industry position, depending on experience. Travel: May involve travel approximately 10% of the time. Gnostech is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide analytical support for programs and projects by evaluating objectives and tracking performance. This is a full‑time position. Responsibilities and qualifications will include but are not limited to:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules. Perform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Track program/project status and schedules. Apply government‑instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Understanding of analytical techniques for evaluating objectives and performance. Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present data in a clear and actionable manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE BA/BS degree and 10 years of experience providing analytical support for programs and projects. AA/AS degree accepted in lieu of BA/BS with accompanying 5 years of experience performing the duties described in the duties and responsibilities of this position. GED/Diploma accepted in lieu of BA/BS with accompanying 10 years of experience performing the duties and responsibilities of this position. Desired Experience Demonstrated program analysis experience in government organizations. Minimum Security Clearance Current active Secret Clearance
