Start Date: 08/31/2026

End Date: 11/30/2026

Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (36 hours/week)

Hours/week: 36 hours

Employment Type: Temporary contract

Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS (if applicable)

Experience: Minimum 2 years ER experience, critical access hospital experience required; charge experience essential

Hourly Pay Rate: $61.64

Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations

Serve as charge nurse, overseeing patient flow and team coordination

Float to Med/Surg and Stepdown units as needed, assisting with patient management

Help with critical patient assessments, treatments, and documentation

Implement emergency protocols and collaborate with hospital staff

Support the hospital's mission to deliver excellent emergency services

Required:

Valid RN license in NH or eligible for licensure

Minimum 2 years ER experience in a critical access hospital

Charge nurse experience and ability to lead a team

Ability to float to Med/Surg & Stepdown units

Strong clinical skills and adaptability

Preferred:

Experience working in rural or critical access hospital settings

Flexibility to work flexible night shifts and floating assignments

Excellent communication and organizational skills
