Service Delivery Center Senior – Financial Services Organization – QA Guidewire EY is the only professional services firm with a separate business unit (“FSO”) that is dedicated to the financial services marketplace. Our FSO teams have been at the forefront of events that have reshaped and redefined the industry. This practice also has several Service Delivery Centers made up of high‐performing US‐based resources who work closely with our experienced client‑serving professionals to deliver project‑based work and managed services to our US‑based Financial Services clients. Your Key Responsibilities Everything you’ll do will revolve around providing exceptional testing subject‑matter expertise and solving complex problems that make a difference for our clients. You will be a high‑profile contact for resolving complex issues and, as you build your knowledge, become a credible advisor influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that impact entire industries. Skills and Attributes for Success Working with clients to drive transformational change in how they deliver application testing services Defining the test strategy, planning, implementing, and ensuring quality assurance for large complex projects Teaming with business organizations to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coaching team members to foster an innovative and inclusive work environment Sharing knowledge and developing engagement tools and enablers to build capability for the practice Cultivating business development opportunities and supporting sales To Qualify, You Must Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant work experience At least 2 years of Guidewire experience Experience working in the insurance sector Strong experience on Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, Billing Center, rating engine, and integration with external vendors Good test knowledge of rating concepts such as premium calculations, discounts, surcharges, and coverages Strong quality engineering skills with test automation experience in tools such as Selenium, RestAssured, etc. Good knowledge and experience on SOAP and REST services testing concepts Strong property & casualty insurance domain knowledge across personal and commercial products, risks, and coverages Should be capable of augmenting QE practice go‑to‑market capabilities in the service delivery Tools/Frameworks/Software skills: Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber, IntelliJ, SOAP UI, Postman, Oracle SQL Developer, Gitlab, Jira, Xray, Hexawise Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments Technical competency with Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, UAT Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, Customer Relationship Management, ERP, Enterprise Data Management, IT Life Cycle Management, or IT Delivery Management Ideally You’ll Also Have Approximately 5 years of financial services experience, including prior consulting experience Guidewire certifications Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP, or other specialized IT certifications A “go‑getter” attitude, passion to constantly learn, improve and perform at the highest level What We Look For We’re interested in leaders with a genuine creative vision and the confidence to make it happen. What We Offer Comprehensive compensation and benefits package, with base salary ranges of $67,000 to $136,800 in the US, and $80,300 to $155,300 in major metro areas. Total rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off. Hybrid model: most external, client‑serving roles work together in person 40‑60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
