Job Description Job Description Our staffing firm is supporting a Cincinnati-based client with a Temporary Professional Recruiter to cover a planned leave of absence. This is a short-term, high-impact assignment ideal for a senior-level recruiter who can step in quickly, manage requisitions independently, and maintain hiring momentum with minimal ramp-up time. The recruiter will support a diverse portfolio of professional, corporate, and salaried manufacturing roles. This position offers hybrid work structure but must be in the Cincinnati area. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried professional positions including logistics, warehouse managers and office positions Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate presentation Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities Maintain job postings, applicant flow, and candidate documentation within the ATS system Coordinate interviews, schedules, feedback, and offer processes Ensure a professional, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle Operate autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Qualifications At least 5 years of professional full-cycle recruiting experience Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full requisition load Experience recruiting across multiple job families including corporate, technical, creative, and salaried manufacturing roles Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills Prior experience with the ADP Recruiting preferred; comparable ATS experience considered Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Pay Details: $33.00 to $40.00 per hour Search managed by: Jessica Robbins Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
