We're seeking a Recruiter/HR Generalist in Cincinnati, OH to support talent acquisition and human resources functions for a commercial construction company.
Must-Haves • 3+ years of recruiting or HR generalist experience • Experience recruiting for construction or trades positions preferred • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HRIS Nice-to-Haves • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field • PHR or SHRM-CP certification • Experience with construction industry recruiting • Knowledge of skilled trades and craft labor markets Compensation & Logistics
