Position: Senior Recruiter Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:40 PM Pay: $28.85 per hour Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and leadership-level positions. Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies. Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring processes. Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience. Assist with other talent acquisition projects as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably recruiting for professional, technical, or leadership-level positions. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
