What You’ll Be Doing As a Direct Hire Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent with our client companies throughout the Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky markets. Responsibilities include: Source, recruit, and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach Conduct phone screens and in-depth candidate interviews Match candidate skills, experience, and career goals with client opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers Write and post compelling job advertisements Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries Coordinate interviews and manage communication throughout the hiring process Assist with salary negotiations and offer presentations Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the ATS/CRM system Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Follow up with placed candidates and clients to ensure successful onboarding and retention Partner with sales and recruiting teams to identify new business opportunities What We’re Looking For Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging passive candidates Strong organizational and time management skills Competitive mindset with a desire to achieve goals and earn commissions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Experience using ATS systems, Indeed, LinkedIn, or other recruiting platforms Preferred Backgrounds We welcome candidates with experience in: Staffing and recruiting Direct hire recruiting Agency recruiting Talent acquisition B2B sales Account management Customer service Business development Why Join QuickPro Staffing?
