Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A Operations

Orthofix seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to manage Global Operations financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The role combines P&L ownership, forecasting, and variance analysis with cross-functional partnership to support operational decision-making at a hybrid manufacturing location in Lewisville, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Own Global Operations P&L reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial visibility
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports on operating expenses, manufacturing KPIs, and inventory
- Manage Global Inventory ownership including reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis
- Partner with cost accounting and Operations functions to drive financial accuracy and operational improvement
- Develop automated dashboards, KPI frameworks, and driver-based forecasting models for manufacturing and supply chain performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 6-10+ years progressive FP&A, Operations Finance, or Manufacturing Finance experience
- Advanced Excel financial modeling and data visualization capabilities
- Strong PowerPoint presentation and executive communication skills
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Experience collaborating with functional managers on budgeting and forecasting
