Compensation: $20.00/hour + Performance Bonuses
Expected Total Compensation: $3,500–$5,000 per month ($20–$27/hour equivalent)

• Monday through Friday

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

Legacy Towing is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Junior Account Manager to support our growing property management accounts. This role serves as the first point of contact for property managers, coordinates towing-related operations, and assists with account management and scheduling. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable handling multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour

• $500 monthly bonus for reaching the company target. 

• Additional commission based on production. 

• Expected monthly earnings: $3,500–$5,000

Key Responsibilities

Property Manager Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming property manager calls.

• Respond to towing requests and property concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Escalate issues to the Account Manager or Account Executive when appropriate.

• Coordinate dispatch requests and help resolve account-related concerns.

Digital Permit Account Management

• Assist with setting up new client accounts within the Ikon Parking platform.

• Answer property manager questions regarding permits and account activity.

• Provide internal documentation and proof of permit violations.

• Support staff by researching and resolving account questions.

Tagging Program Coordination

• Manage schedule for Tagging Team

• Prepare and distribute tagging notifications and reports.

• Coordinate with property managers.

• Audit accounts and obtain approvals to add properties into the rotation.

• Work closely with the Tag Team Lead to coordinate assignments and priorities.

Administrative & Scheduling Support

• Assist Account Managers and Account Executives with scheduling sign replacements.

• Coordinate relocation requests for clients.

• Provide administrative support to ensure client accounts are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and software applications.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.

• Previous customer service, dispatch, account management, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
