Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Review highly complex loan documentationOnboard new Capital Finance Asset Based Lending (ABL) clients onto the LUCAS loan system and process loan modifications for existing ABL clientsProcess access requests in the Wells Fargo CEO portalInteract with cross‑functional teams, including underwriting, portfolio, legal (in‑house and external), collateral analysts, deal closing, letters of credit, tax reporting, operational risk, and loan servicingAssist with creating, updating, and certifying team procedures, job aids, and user guidesParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) testing eventsServe as a subject matter expert across all lines of business and provide guidance to other team membersSupport the reduction of outstanding regulatory deliverables by executing against milestones and continuing to strengthen the risk and control infrastructureComplete monthly metrics reportingIdentify themes and trends in metrics to improve team accuracy and determine opportunities for refresher trainingPartner with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure requests are completed accurately and on timeAssist with operational adjustment research and reporting, including the identification of preventive measuresCoordinate workflow activities, including assigning new deals and ensuring timely completion of requestsRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Demonstrated experience supporting Asset Based Lending products and structures within a complex financial institutionBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Law preferredParalegal and/or finance experience supporting loan documentation, credit structures, or transactional workflowsAdvanced working knowledge of the LUCAS (Loan Underwriting Collateral Analysis System) and CLIC (Client Loan Information Criteria) applications, including applications across multiple deal types and scenariosExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholdersProficient in reviewing, interpreting, and applying complex loan documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to operate independently while also contributing as a senior member of a collaborative team environmentProven ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment involving competing prioritiesWell‑developed organizational, multi‑tasking, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage work with minimal oversightSolid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to support reporting, documentation, and operational activitiesPrimary Posting Location:1525 W W T Harris Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28262Additional Posting Location:401 Las Colinas Blvd W Bldg A, Irving, Texas 75039Job Expectations: This position offers a hybrid work schedule at the posted location.VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position.Posting End Date: 3 Sep 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
