The Lead Closing Coordinator will collaborate with all parties involved to ensure loans are closed accurately and in accordance with CRE closing requirements.This requisition represents multiple VP Closing Coordinator opportunities across the Transaction Management and Closing team. supporting various hiring managers. While the core responsibilities are consistent across roles, individual positions may differ based on commercial real estate loan (i.e., bilateral and syndicated lending). Candidates will be evaluated for the best fit across available openings.In this role, you will:Lead a variety of pre-close activities for large, moderately complex to complex bilateral and syndicated commercial real estate loans, including coordinating aspects of loan closings, such as client onboarding, flood and insurance due diligence and background investigations.Accurately evaluate and facilitate the upload of data into the systems of record to ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirementsWork collaboratively with our loan team, borrowers, outside counsel and third-party vendors, as applicable, to obtain due diligence items and documentation necessary to ensure accuracy with negotiated terms and ensure alignment with appropriate compliance standardsCoordinate with our internal flood team to satisfy applicable laws and internal procedures related to the Flood Disaster Protection Act (FDPA)Handle a high volume of closings with accuracy and timeliness.
