Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island, Georgia, as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China.The Vice President, Treasury will serve as a key member of the Finance leadership team, responsible for leading the company's global treasury, liquidity, capital markets, corporate risk, and insurance functions. This leader will develop and execute strategies to optimize global cash management, working capital, capital structure, debt financing, financial risk mitigation, and enterprise risk programs in support of the company's long-term growth objectives.As a senior leader within a public company environment, the VP Treasury will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives, including M&A financing, investor and rating agency engagement, SEC reporting and disclosure support, bank relationship management, hedging strategies, and corporate insurance programs.
