The Multi Unit Restaurant Manager oversees the operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring each unit meets company standards for quality, service, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership to manage large teams and maintain operational excellence across all units.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple restaurant locations
• Supervise and lead a team of 30+ employees
• Oversee budgeting and financial performance
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Control inventory to optimize costs and reduce waste
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
• High School Diploma or equivalent
