The Fast Food Restaurant General Manager oversees daily operations of a busy fast food location, leading a large management team of 16 or more members. This role focuses on ensuring excellent customer service, efficient inventory management, and effective staff training and scheduling to maintain smooth restaurant functionality and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a large team of restaurant staff and management members
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly
• Oversee inventory control to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste
• Develop and implement staff training and development programs
• Create and manage employee schedules to optimize coverage and productivity

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in restaurant management
• High School Diploma or equivalent
