Compensation:

$112,000 - $197,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Generate and nurture client leads through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Show properties to prospective buyers, providing insightful tours and answering questions with confidence.
• Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective marketing plans for property listings.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and stay updated on industry trends.
• Utilize provided tools and systems to track progress, manage tasks, and achieve sales goals consistently.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, fostering trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
