Opportunities are available throughout Southeast, Virginia including the areas of *Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk and Suffolk, *serving culturally diverse communities and markets while offering the flexibility to choose a practice setting that aligns with your lifestyle and career goals. *What We Offer:* * Hiring Range: $300,000-400,000 * Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule, and job duties * Performance incentives * Flexible work/life balance * Second-largest EMR platform - eClinicalWorks (eCW) * Hospital uses EPIC EMR * Full Medical Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision * 401K Retirement * Professional allowance * Paid time off * Signing bonus * Relocation allowance * Malpractice and tail coverage *In this Role:* As a Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine Physician with optional Critical Care, you will provide comprehensive, longitudinal patient-centered care in an inpatient and outpatient setting while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team. * Obtain comprehensive sleep, medical, occupational, and lifestyle histories and perform focused physical examinations * Order and interpret diagnostic testing including, multiple sleep latency tests (MSLT), maintenance of wakefulness tests (MWT), etc * Diagnose and manage sleep disorders, including: * Sleep Apnea * Insomnia * Narcolepsy and Idiopathic Hypersomnia * Develop individualized treatment plans * Sleep lab is AASM accredited and has 8 operational beds * Sleep studies run 6 nights a week using Cadwell software * Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and collaborative support for APPs * Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex pulmonary and critical care conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. * Perform detailed patient histories, physical examinations, and assessments to develop evidence-based treatment plans. * Manage a broad range of pulmonary disorders, including obstructive airway disease, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, infectious lung disease, and other complex respiratory conditions. *Practice Highlights* * Strong commitment to patient centric value-based care * A multidisciplinary team of 300 physicians and advanced practice providers, including; Primary Care, Cardiology, Pulmonary, OB/GYN, Surgery, and many additional specialties * Practice within an established, integrated healthcare network featuring: o 75 outpatient clinics o 7 Urgent Cares o Advanced Imaging o Ambulatory Surgery Center o Sleep Lab Center o Outpatient Cardiac & Pulmonology testing *Exceptional Careers Meet Coastal Living * Discover an exceptional quality of life in one of the East Coast's most desirable regions * A variety of residential options, from vibrant urban neighborhoods to waterfront and suburban communities * Affordable cost of living with safe, family- friendly neighborhoods * Highly regarded public, private and higher education institutions * Culturally diverse, welcoming communities with a rich cultural and arts scene * Year-round recreational opportunities, including beaches, boating, parks, golf, and outdoor activities * Convenient access to domestic and international travel through a user-friendly internal airport Apply Today!
