Job Title: RN CVOR Profession: Nursing Specialty: Nursing Administration Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: 2 years License: RN Certifications: BLS, ACLS (preferred) Must-Have: Open heart, robotics, vascular, and thoracic case experience. Description: Level 1 Trauma Center with a Level II NICU. Teach Client with Magnet Designation. Primary Stroke Center with a total of 273 beds. The unit contains 12 beds. Patient types include CVT, cardiac, vascular, thoracic, and level 1 trauma. Patient ratios are 1:1. Hybrid OR experience is preferred. Charge nurse typically does not have patient assignments. The team includes a transport team, CRNA anesthesia, radiology, and OR leadership. Charting system used is EPIC, experience required. Equipment includes Alaris IV pump, Pyxis, Jackson table, Wilson frame, and Davinci SI. Scheduling includes 12 days of call per month. Weekend rotation is not required. Holiday expectations mean if scheduled to work, you will be working. Scrub color is provided.
