Salon Operations Manager

Position Summary: The Salon Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, coordinating staff activities, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring the salon runs efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily salon operations and maintain a clean, organized environment. Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and daily assignments. Manage client appointments, inquiries, and customer concerns. Assist with employee onboarding and team communication. Monitor salon inventory, supplies, and equipment. Ensure compliance with salon policies, sanitation, and safety standards. Maintain operational records and provide weekly updates to the owner. Support marketing activities, promotions, and business growth. Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements. Qualifications: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in salon operations, management, or customer service preferred. Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently.
