Are you a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across a large requisition load while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract top talent.

Job Type: Contract
Location: Atlanta, GA

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay: $32+ DOE

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 100+ active requisitions.

• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.

• Coordinate interviews and assist with offer management.

• Build talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies.

• Maintain candidate activity and recruiting data within the ATS.

• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Experience managing high-volume requisitions.

• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.

• Experience working with an ATS; Workday experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Bachelor's degree and HR certifications are a plus.
