Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Overview We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client's team in Atlanta, GA. As a member of the Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will deliver an exceptional candidate experience and provide operational support to a global team of Recruiters and Sourcers. You will report to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations. Responsibilities Supporting multiple Recruiters and Sourcers in coordinating hiring team interviews and debrief sessions. Interviews may include high-volume video and on-site interviews, and complex multi-layer scheduling. Being an ambassador to the candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage all logistics for interviews and serve as the primary point of contact to the candidate during interviews. Assisting with operational requests such as posting job advertisements, administering legal documents, and other projects as needed. Must Have Skills / Requirements Written communication and resume formatting knowledge; attention to detail. Experience with calendar management; 0-3 years of experience, internships, or past roles with frequent scheduling. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Nice to Have / Preferred Passion for recruitment. Interest in candidate experience or customer service. Functional Knowledge / Skills Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience working collaboratively with a team. Demonstrable attention to detail and a sense of urgency. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Education / Certifications High school diploma.
