CRH Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist. You’ll Make An Impact By Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, the ideal candidate will possess meaningful experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare clinical industry (Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, Certified Medical Assistants) and be able to provide sourcing and recruitment services to help attract and hire qualified talent in support of our growing business. The role is best suited to a results-oriented self-starter who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, articulate, and internet-savvy. It requires a highly organized and resourceful individual with a sense of urgency to the business needs that can adapt quickly. The incumbent will be a strong team-player with creative problem-solving skills. What You Will Do Play a critical role in building a high performing revenue organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring top tier talent Your primary focus will be hunting, sourcing, and assessing candidates Partner closely with hiring managers to understand priorities, territory needs, and critical markets Support Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition in redefining the way we attract talent; creating an engaging, productive recruitment team that inspires innovation and thrives on continuous learning Post, track, and maintain open positions on ATS Strong sourcing background.
