We are seeking a Recruiter to help meet our hiring needs and recruitment initiatives. This role will also support the implementation of effective recruiting and staffing strategies aimed at attracting a diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization. The Recruiter will be responsible for filling positions at our corporate office and providing support to other regions as needed.

\Determine and coordinate recruiting and sourcing needs on an ongoing basis by consulting with management.
Manage and build candidate pipelines to support multiple requisitions across various skill sets and functions.
Create and manage job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), external job boards, and social media platforms.
Utilize Boolean searching techniques to locate qualified potential applicants through databases, online job boards, and professional networking sites.
Conduct telephone interviews and provide detailed interview notes along with hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
Communicate progress and coordinate changes with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage candidates and workload through the Universal Engineering Sciences ATS.
Deliver best-fit candidates to hiring managers promptly.
Schedule appointments, make travel arrangements for candidates, conduct interviews, and arrange follow-up interviews as needed.
Maintain periodic activity, pipeline, and outcome reporting.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with colleges and local organizations to participate in job fairs and networking events.
Regularly check in with assigned hiring managers to assess hiring needs.
Shadow UES employees in the field on an "as needed" basis to gain a better understanding of our business practices.
Be responsive to prospective candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and other members of the UES team.
Support the UES Internship Program.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in recruiting/sourcing in the AEC industry preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms.
Strong analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns.
Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in networking and establishing professional relationships.

Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
