Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgery

Position Summary Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgery – Aurora Summit, WI, United States. Full-time (40 hrs/week) day shift with call. Pay Range $38.20 – $57.30. Responsibilities As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months Previous RN OR experience preferred Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Day shift with call. 8‑hour shift 06:30‑15:00, 10‑hour shift 06:30‑17:00, or 12‑hour shift 06:30‑19:00. Call includes 4 week‑night shifts per month, one call weekend every other month (Friday 15:00–Monday 06:30), holiday rotation includes one 12‑hour in‑house call holiday shift and one 12‑hour “call” holiday shift. Previous OR experience preferred; previous RN experience required.
